Membership! Signing up for our
makerspace membership helps us out in the long run and grants you early access to the space once available!

Maker Spotlight

Necromanor is a well-known haunted house attraction here in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Started by Cody Raley back in 2014, it has become a regular seasonal event for tourists and locals.
Necromanor has been a rare opportunity for special effects makeup artists and costume designers to get some invaluable hands-on training in their crafts as well as a great outlet for our local actors to immerse themselves in various improv roles.
Sadly, Cody passed away in 2015 due to heart conditions, but the mantle of
owner was taken up by Douglas Cobb. Being an artist for many years as a skilled painter, sculptor, and owner of “Mad Cow Masks,” he is a great asset to the attraction.
Necromanor is currently located within the Boardwalk in Bossier City, where it plans to terrify its visitors for another year!
